Last weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming France Martin to Huntsville!! My Stampin’ Up! Sister, Jane Stull, and I hosted Demonstrators from the surrounding areas for a day of stamping and learning from one of our favorites. France, aka “Frenchie”, spoke on several topics including time management, calculating costs and sales per hour, getting the most from the compensation plan, etc. She also demo-ed several watercolor techniques and Brusho! Here are some pics from the day:
Jane and I made some adorable gifts for our attendees:
We used the Recruit folders from the Supply list to create the notebook holder. There was a piece leftover which cut down to the perfect card front…especially since it has those beautiful watercolor flowers on it! And the matchbook holder held adhesive remover pads to use on their scissors as needed.
These are the projects each attendee got to create:
The two cards on the bottom left were simple cards for use in a workshop or beginner class setting. They involve paper and only 3 inks. The other five projects focused on the Occasions catalog and upcoming holidays. There is a 6×6 paper holder in the back and everyone got 6×6 samples of several of the DSP packs to take with them. It was a wonderful day of fellowship with other stampers and learning from Frenchie. If you want to see more about Frenchie, visit her website at frenchiestamps.com.
Thanks for looking and have a great week!
